Dave Smucker: Chairman

Dave serves as the Executive Director for Alliance Network. He has a passion to see people discover their identity in Christ, be activated in their God-given talents, and see the Kingdom advanced in all spheres of society. He loves to travel, explore on his motorcycle, spend time in nature, and connect with his family.

Marv Esh: Vice-Chairman

Marv is a business owner and partner at Keystone Custom Decks. He and his wife Kate have been married since 2016. They have 3 sons Lincoln, Carter, and Brady; and love spending time together as a family. They are passionate about seeing people recognize their value and worth. They love seeing individuals that understand their value as a person in return then impact and bring the kingdom to their own families, churches, and sphere of influence.

Amos King: Treasurer

Amos King has been a real estate investor since 2005. He along with his wife and 4 beautiful daughters own a diverse portfolio, are partners in a roofing company, and are passionate about empowering others to succeed!

Lewis Zook: Secretary

Through the years, Lewis has been involved in ministry in local churches and is ordained by Word of Grace Network. Lewis works at Keystone Custom Decks as the permit manager and HR representative. Lewis and his wife, Doris, live in Leola and love being with their three adult children and twin grandkids. They attend Life Center and desire to help people walk in freedom and in their identity in Christ. They enjoy exploring mountain roads on their motorcycle, meaningful conversations, and deep relationships.

Kara Sensenig: Member

Kara is the founder and executive director of Eastgate House of Prayer, a regional house of prayer and equipping center located in Gap, PA. Kara and her husband, Pete, and their two children, Kaleb and Lacey, live in New Holland and attend Ephrata Community Church. Kara desires to see both the Word of God and power of the Spirit active in the Church today. She is passionate about raising up and releasing a generation of fiery lovers of God who will turn the world upside down!
